Booth Wreath
The first is from a Living with Lindsay which is a new blog I am gonna star following, lots of crafty stuff! I really like it so far.
This wreath is made from books. Yes you have to tear apart a book. I find that difficult too. BUT I figure I could rescue some from school/local libraries which are headed for trash anyway. OR use old sheet music which would look spiffy.
Paper Bag Wreath
This one from MaryJanes and Galoshes is also really pretty. I like it a lot unadorned by butterfly's as well as with. I think it makes an excellent decoration for weddings, holidays etc, with simple changes to the embellishments or paper colors. I reminds me of carnations.
In Other News
Feature Friday
I am currently searching for Canadian Etsy sellers to feature on my blog every Friday for what I am going to call Feature Friday. I want to help promote, other sellers who's products I admire and are Canadian. I am currently trying to contact sellers who might be interested in being featured and have them fill in some questions. I am planning on starting in and around my home town then work into cities where I have lived or have family that live there etc then just kinda randomly pick an area and look for sellers on Etsy geolocator. SO if you would like to be featured or have a seller you think should get a feature (and are Canadian) please don't hesitate to contact me on Etsy or through email erin@kittybeansjewelry.ca
Projects in the Works
I am also going to showcase some of the MANY projects that I am working on, both in Crafting and news related to my attempts to wholesale my products. Currently I am working on painting an antique (ish) dresser Hot pink for my daughters room, I have done some spray painting projects, am working on a paper bird mobile and will 'soon' (hopefully) be starting to make some crib bedding for my daughter. I am also helping my friend who just got engaged make plans for her wedding and doing some crafting with her and will showcase our adventures in wedding crafts for you.
Enjoy your weekend!
